AssessGrow (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a SaaS platform that provides pre-employment assessments, skills tests, and candidate evaluation tools to employers and recruiters.

2. Accounts

• To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Share candidate data without consent or in violation of applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely by our partner, Paddle.
• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.
• All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

5. Intellectual Property

AssessGrow and its content (logo, design, software, and materials) are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

6. Candidate Data

Employers are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of candidate data.

AssessGrow acts as a data processor and will handle candidate data in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Fail to pay subscription fees.
• Misuse the platform.

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
